If a payment fails, we automatically cancel the payment and the money will remain on your account. On your bank statement, it might say your payment is still in reservation. This means that your bank has to process the cancellation. Until they have, the amount is reserved on your account and still remains yours. However, you can't spend it until the release. Banks can take up to a maximum of 5 days to release the reservation.
After 5 days
Did you bank still not release your reservation? You can use the failed payment confirmation email that we sent to you, to show your bank and ask for an immediate release. If you don't have this email, please contact us.
